Makao Collective is a bespoke regional lifestyle company dedicated to bringing beauty into our customers' homes. We are a design studio that sources dependable handcrafted décor and furniture while being mindful of our global impact. We collaborate closely with local craftspeople to successfully pick desired goods, allowing for an economic boost within these circles. Makao strives for customer happiness as well as global sustainability.

How we work with you: It's a group effort. Every step of the way, we check in to ensure everything is on track and up to your standards.
We detail the deliverables so there are no surprises. We'll keep you in the loop if there are problems or necessary adjustments.
Where we work: Customers in search of items with our aesthetic come to us from across the region.
We have collaborated with both large-scale industries and individuals on custom-designed projects. We're used to dealing with local artisans and designers and we source locally.
Although Kenya and Tanzania are where we see the most action, we are willing to go anywhere you need us to be.
